A Door County native, Margi grew up with a deep appreciation of the beauty of nature and the artistic expression of that beauty. Margi has a lifelong commitment to developing her own artistic skills in watercolors, oils, acrylics and mixed media. While she has enjoyed studying under professional artists, she admits that “just doing it” has been the biggest boost to her expertise and confidence as an artist. Inspired by Grandma Moses’ “late start” in her art career, Margi aspires to touch people’s hearts with her works and produce many, many paintings.
