Rockford Art Guild (RAG) is collaborating with Nicholas Conservatory for the sixth year with a new and exciting exhibit of more than 25 pieces of art. Nicholas Conservatory is located at 1354 N. Second Street, Rockford.
Artwork will be on display in the lobby from Friday, February 14th through February 29th. There will be an opening reception on Sunday, February 16th, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM. This event gives Rockford Art Guild’s artists an opportunity to share their many talents with the community. In addition, visitors will learn about the different art opportunities the Rockford Art Guild provides to individuals in the Rockford area.
The Rockford Art Guild (RAG) is a supportive and encouraging group of people who have a strong passion for the arts. Each member has opportunities to improve, explore, and challenge themselves in ways they would not find elsewhere. Guild members work together to increase the appreciation of art in the Rockford area. The goal is to provide education, growth, and show opportunities for our members, and for other artists in the community. Members work in a variety of media, including mosaic, beading, painting, pottery, sculpting, photography, woodworking, and more.
