The Rockford Art Guild (RAG) is a supportive and encouraging group of people who have a strong passion for the arts. Each member has opportunities to improve, explore, and challenge themselves in ways they would not find elsewhere. Guild members work together to increase the appreciation of art in the Rockford area. The goal is to provide education, growth, and show opportunities for our members, and for other artists in the community. Members work in a variety of media, including mosaic, beading, painting, pottery, sculpting, photography, woodworking, and more.
There is a submission process of new works to be submitted for entry into the show. Starting January 1st, paid members may submit 1-4 works of art (2D or works that can be hung)to be juried for the show. Artwork must have been produced within the 2018 year or be works that have not been displayed before. The jury fee is $10 and payment will be accepted through our payment form.
Artists submitting work will be contacted for their acceptance before the show. Emails will be sent to the artists about which pieces are juried into the show.
